    I am a Resident in Counseling and will be fully licensed in June 2026. My approach is client-centered and strength-based, integrating research-supported strategies for holistic healing. My professional strengths include advocacy, parenting support, mentoring, and mental health counseling. With experience spanning children, pre-adolescents, adolescents, adults, and older adults, I utilize eclectic and evidence-informed approaches tailored to each client. I am especially skilled in later-life planning, grief, bereavement, and end-of-life support, providing compassionate guidance during life’s most challenging transitions.

    I am a Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping children, families, and adults navigate life’s challenges. My work is rooted in a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies. I specialize in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions, with a focus on fostering resilience, healing, and personal growth.
